Jennifer Steadman never set out to revolutionize the salon industry…she just knew that hair appointments could mean more. Should mean more. As owner of Colour Thairapy Salon and a master colorist with 30 years of experience, Jennifer created the HairColor Voice Spectrum and CARES frameworks to honor what she'd always known: that women who sit in her chair aren't just looking for a color change. They're looking to be seen. Currently training as a breathwork facilitator through Pause Breathwork and studying Human Design coaching, Jennifer is expanding her practice beyond traditional salon services. Her commitment to personal healing and growth has taught her that transformation happens in the body, connection happens in community, and empowerment happens when someone finally sees you as you are, and celebrates it. A proud Wichita business owner and multi-passionate creator, Jennifer lives for authentic connection, collaborative innovation, and building spaces where women come home to them
Rachael Rampy
Rachael has been working behind the chair 8 years. Specializing in color, she loves to help her clients hair dreams come true. Rachael accepts appointments on Fridays & Saturdays, she knows that its hard to get into the salon during the week sometime. Rachael uses JOICO & Redken products & color and is super gifted working with long hair. Especially balayage and lived in looks. Rachael is our little bit of Sci-Fi & Rock n- Roll.
